About the Event
MEETING: In conjunction with the Conference of Grand Masters. The Conference of Grand Secretaries in North America will convene at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare Chicago Hotel beginning on Monday February 16, 2026 and conclude on Tuesday afternoon February 17, 2026. This will be a two-day working session beginning at 9:00 a.m. each day.
DUES: Dues for the Conference are $400 for "Full" Members and $100 for "Associate" Members. These dues are for the Conference of Grand Secretaries and are used for the operation and expenses of the conference. These dues have nothing to do with the Conference of Grand Masters and their fees.
Social/Lunch: Prior to the business meeting will be on Sunday February 15, 2026, Grand G Ballroom 11:0 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The Grand Secretaries and their Ladies or guests will have an opportunity to enjoy social time and lunch with each other. Dress for the event i…

We will gather at 11:00 a.m. for social time with lunch being served at 12:00 p.m. Hyatt, Grand G Ballroom. This is a business casual event with Ladies and guests invited. A cash bar will be available. $40.00 pp, lunch tickets must be purchased in advance to attend. Thank you to the Illinois Foundation for subsidizing the Luncheon.
